Job Description
IT LEAD INFRASTRUCTURE BANKING
We are looking for an IT Lead Infrastructure. The individual tasked with leading a diverse set of teams with similar objectives will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of organization-wide information technology plans that enhance the IT architecture, infrastructure, systems, and operations that drive and support the business. You will collaborate closely with global teams to design and execute information technology plans.
Missions

The main emphasis is on innovating and enhancing the IT infrastructure in the strategic domain to promote the standardization and simplification of IT processes. The role involves leveraging expertise in infrastructure and IT to provide insights and input into the organization's strategy, and overseeing the development and maintenance of a web-scaled infrastructure landscape within a culture of high-performance and agility;

The role requires collaborating on the creation of a digital roadmap and critical strategic enablers, with a focus on designing an infrastructure that enables rapid deployment of new applications, products, and services, while ensuring optimal maintenance of legacy applications and IT operations;

The responsibility involves setting infrastructure budgets and obtaining approval for them;

Taking charge of identifying and analyzing infrastructure performance problems or incidents, such as breaches, attacks, and vulnerabilities, and remedying any deficiencies according to the incident management protocol;

The responsibility involves ensuring that the IT infrastructure operates within the established IT risk boundaries and implementing automation controls through tooling onboarding;

The role requires monitoring and evaluating performance and conduct within the assigned area of responsibility to identify and address instances of non-compliance with the organization's policies and applicable regulatory codes and standards of conduct;

The responsibility involves inspiring and assisting the development of all team members using fair methods for performance evaluation and growth that may be customized to accommodate the distinctive needs and preferences of each employee to bring out their full potential and fulfill business requirements;
- The role requires serving as a subject matter expert in a specific area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team. This involves staying up-to-date with external regulations and industry best practices through continuous professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media, while maintaining external accreditations.
Your profile

3-5 years of experience in financial, tech environments;

The requirement is for demonstrated experience in leading teams and established technical proficiency;

Good communication skills;

The ideal candidate is expected to have excellent judgment and the ability to make effective and prompt decisions that enable the organization to progress;

The role requires serving as the department's recognized authority and established specialist, developing solutions based on an understanding of the business/group's environment and objectives;

Establish partnerships and work collaboratively with others in an agile environment to achieve shared objectives;
