We are looking for a Front of House or Receptionist to join our team. Being new to the industry is no issue! This is the perfect entry-level role for someone with some great customer service, retail, administration, or business support experience.

About the Role

As a ProRisk Receptionist, your daily tasks will include:
  • Receiving and directing incoming calls
  • Diary management for senior executives
  • Booking travel and internal rooms
  • Office supplies
  • Organising functions
  • Word processing

About You

Reception experience, or not, we don't mind. We love that you're interested in progressing your career. Your curiosity, ambition, service capability and interest in the field are a great start and we'll gladly teach you the rest.

You have both a lot to give and a lot to learn and are keen to join a professional team that knows how to inspire each other every day.
You have great interpersonal and communication skills, great at time management, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. You could be fresh out of School, TAFE or Uni, had a previous career in administration, business support, retail, or customer service, and ready for a new challenge.

As our receptionist, you will be the face of ProRisk, welcoming and greeting guests and answering initial market inquiries via the phone. You will be well presented, punctual and have a great attitude towards personal and professional development.
