Function
For our site TML Ghlin, we are looking for a teamleader. As teamleader you are responsible for the coordination of the logistics activities on the work floor. You manage a team of logistical workers.
Your tasks:
- You coordinate the various activities and maintain an overview at all times.
- You let the daily processes run efficiently, smoothly and safely.
- After some time you are able to contribute to proposals for improvement.
- You ensure good communication and cooperation with the other teams.
- You report to the site manager.

What we expect from you…
- You have (a first experience) as a manager preferably in a logistics or production environment.
- You are willing to work in 2 shifts (6h-14h / 14h-22h).
- You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Experience as a forklift driver or a strong interest to learn this is a plus.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English.
- A hands-on mentality is your second nature.
