Offbeat Donuts are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor for our store in The Blanchardstown Centre, Dublin 15.
We are looking for a bubbly, hard working and experienced person who wants to take the next step in their career and join our young, innovative team in a fun environment. This is a fast paced and busy position creating moments of magic for our customers.
The successful candidate will ideally have a background in Hospitality / Food and Beverage and be able to deliver top notch customer service with the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Reporting to the Store Manager, responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence
- Supervise, motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Team rostering
- Maintain a clean, organised and prepared store environment, adhering to all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Stock Ordering.
- Manage customer communications and orders
- Ensuring that all financial (invoices, reporting and daily sales) and related administrative duties are completed accurately, on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
