Position: Executive Chef (Full time #535099)
Property / Office: Al Faisaliah Hotel, Riyadh
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

  • Operating a high-volume restaurant & high-end Banquet.
  • Executing International Cuisine including Arabic & Asian.
  • Engaging and interacting with guests & Clients.
  • Managing a Multi Culture and divers team, encourage and builds mutual trust, respect, cooperation among culinary and other departments.
  • Communicating Effectively with Department Heads and teams.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm, passion, interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Using available technology, tools & Computer systems.
  • Adapting to a fast-evolving business environment.
  • Leading F&B projects, new concepts development.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum 5 Years experience working in 5 stars Hotel environment, in similar position.
  • International work experience in at least two of the following region: Europe, North America & Preferably Middle East.
  • Degree or higher National Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management.
  • Advanced Knowledge of food professional principle and practices.
  • Proficient Knowledge of human resources Management.
  • Excellent Knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory.
  • Creative and hands on. Well organized and structured.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends and on Public Holidays.
  • Strong Leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, open mind of different culture, friendly, approachable and sociable.
  • Motivational with enthusiastic character with excellent listening skills.
  • Strong command of English Language.
  • HACCP Knowledge proficiency.
