Admin executive [Singapore]


 

  • Coordination and arranging with customers for collection and deliveries
  • Preparing of documents for customer orders and follow up
  • Preparing of documents orders with vendors for orders and follow up
  • Quotations / invoices for customer requests
  • To follow up and quote customers for services requests
  • Preparing and maintaining company's reports, orders, inventory and fixed asset records;
  • Updating of invoices to accounts
  • Coordinating with sales personnel in placing orders and follow up
  • any other duties as assigned by the company
  • 5 days week
  • 9am to 6pm working hours
  • Near to Machperson MRT
