Job Description

OBJECTIVE:

This marketing position has to manage the strategy of Entyvio with execution excellence through cross functional collaboration. This role must ensure all marketing programs and activities to meet the organization’s short- and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards on product planning and campaigns.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Demonstrate strategic planning and tactical execution capability

  • Lead, design, and facilitate launch strategy/brand planning process for the Entyvio
  • Develop sales forecast based on Critical Success Factors and Brand Objectives. Utilize specific, relevant metrics to measure brand performance against both the sales results, as well as, non-financial KPIs such as brand preference and customer perception and patient access.
  • Plan, administer, and manage commercial budget and resource allocation based on priority and necessary trade-off for overall performance of Entyvio.
  • Execute, evaluate and adjust rolling tactical marketing plans including both traditional and e-marketing activities
  • Analyze customer insights, healthcare environment, market trend, brand equity, pricing, reimbursement, and clinical profile and relative competition to be used for strategic development and dissemination for commercial execution.

2. Portfolio Management

  • Manage the non-promotional GIBU products to ensure business continuity (for example S&OP and some logistical affairs

3. Strong alliance and networking capability

  • Manage customer relationships with Key Opinion Leader (KOL), top national influencers/prescribers, as well as payers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Exhibit cross-functional teamwork to ensure alignment with key stakeholders in Taiwan brand team (Sales, Medical, BO, Market Access and Regulatory).
  • Demonstrate good collaborations between Local and above country organizations
  • Work with cross functional team to ensure future GIBU products are available to patients in Taiwan.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Business or medical degree with university graduate or above. Pharmacy background is a plus
  • +5 years of solid working experience in pharma industry. Demonstrate success digital engagement (in the brand) is a plus
  • Result driven. Accountable for the performance and resource management
  • Demonstrate self-leadership capability. Agile and inspiring.
  • Patient centric, passionate and innovative
  • A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Team player, open-minded and positive thinking
